We understand that sometimes, a purchase might not be exactly what you envisioned. Here's how we can help:
Our General Return Promise
For most purchases, we happily accept returns within 7 days of your watch's arrival. To ensure a fair process, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for eligible items. This policy applies to our standard, non-collaboration, and unlimited models.
Special Considerations: When Returns Aren't Possible
To maintain the unique nature of certain creations, please understand that we cannot accept returns or cancellations for:
- Customized orders
- Pre-orders, regardless of the model
- Early Access purchases, regardless of the model
For our exclusive special collaboration and limited edition models, while refunds are not available, we are pleased to offer a product exchange to ensure you find a Nectere timepiece you adore.
Received a Less-Than-Perfect Nectere?
We meticulously inspect every watch, but if you happen to receive an item with a factory defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of arrival. Nectere will gladly cover the shipping cost for such returns. Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is genuinely defective, incorrect, or missing.
Should your order arrive incorrect or with a missing item, please contact us immediately at info@nectere.watch so we can swiftly resolve it for you.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your Nectere timepiece must be in new, original, and resalable condition, complete with all original packaging and tags attached.
Returning Your Nectere
While return shipping fees and the safe arrival of the package are the customer's responsibility, we highly recommend using a registered and traceable service. This ensures your valuable timepiece reaches us securely.
Exchanging Your Nectere
If you've opted for an exchange, we'll waive the shipping fee for your new order as our thank you. Please note that each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Nectere International Limited Warranty: Our Commitment to Quality
Every Nectere watch is a testament to exceptional craftsmanship and enduring quality. We proudly back our timepieces with a Two-Year International Limited Warranty, commencing from your date of purchase.
What Our Warranty Covers
During this warranty period, Nectere guarantees that the watch movement, hands, and dial are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use. Should a covered defect be confirmed, Nectere will, at our discretion, repair your watch at no charge. If a repair isn't feasible, we'll happily replace it with a comparable timepiece. Any replacement watch will then be covered by a new twenty-four (24) month warranty from its issue date.
For warranty service requests, the return shipping fee will be charged according to the actual cost. When returning your watch for service, please declare it as a 'repaired watch' to facilitate customs processing. Any customs fees or import duties incurred during this process remain the responsibility of the customer.
What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover
This warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects and does not extend to:
- Consumable or external components such as the battery, case, crystal, strap, bracelet, buckle, crown, or stem.
- Normal wear and tear, natural aging, or cosmetic changes that occur over time.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, or impacts.
- Water damage, unless the watch is clearly marked as water-resistant and used strictly according to its specifications.
- Repairs, alterations, or servicing performed by any third party not officially authorized by Nectere.
- Damage or loss caused by theft, loss, accidents, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Out-of-Warranty Services
If your watch requires service outside the scope of our warranty, or if the warranty period has concluded, Nectere may still offer repair services. A fee, determined by our service team, will apply, which includes return shipping and handling.
