At Nectere, we take pride in ensuring your timepiece arrives safely and on schedule. Our shipping process is designed with care and precision to match the quality of our watches. Below, you'll find all the details about how we handle orders and deliver them to you, no matter where you are in the world.

In-Stock Items: Ready to Ship

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your Nectere timepiece is carefully prepared and ready to depart, you'll receive another notification with your shipping details and tracking information.

Pre-Order Items: Worth the Wait

For pre-order items, we'll ship your watch as soon as it becomes available. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you the moment your order is on its way.

International Shipping: Delivering Worldwide

We're delighted to ship Nectere watches to customers around the globe. International shipping fees (for non-US addresses) will be clearly displayed during checkout, so you'll know the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Please note that we will declare your watch at its billed amount for customs purposes. If any customs fees or import duties apply to your shipment, these remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any potential charges before placing your order.

US Shipping: Delivered Duty Paid

For our valued US customers, we've partnered with a specialized fulfillment center to ensure a seamless experience. Since tariff rates can be unpredictable, we've built all necessary duties and fees into our shipping cost, so you won't face any surprise charges at delivery.

We deliver to US addresses using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, which means once you check out, that's all you pay. Your watch will arrive at your door with all customs procedures handled—no additional fees required.

Please note: This applies to non-remote area deliveries.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your delivery address is classified as a remote area by our courier partners, an additional US$50 surcharge will apply to cover the extra handling and delivery costs.

Tracking Your Order: Stay in the Loop

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@nectere.watch with your name and order number. We'll investigate immediately and ensure everything is resolved.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. All deliveries must be sent to a physical street address. If you've accidentally placed an order with a P.O. box address, please contact us right away at info@nectere.watch, and we'll help you update it or arrange a cancellation if needed.
